Paragon Home Care is seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and dependable Graphic Designer & Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. This is an in-house position responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media presence, and helping drive brand awareness across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate is highly organized, passionate about marketing, and comfortable balancing multiple projects while bringing fresh ideas to campaigns that connect with our community. Responsibilities:
- Design graphics, flyers, brochures, advertisements, and other marketing materials using Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Create, schedule, and manage content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop content calendars and marketing campaigns.
- Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and emerging digital marketing strategies.
- Assist with campaign planning, brand development, and community engagement initiatives.
- Optimize digital advertising strategies and monitor campaign performance.
- Create content that aligns with the company's mission, services, and target audience.
- Ensure all marketing materials maintain brand consistency and professionalism.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Professional art or design?, * Experience managing social media accounts for a home care, healthcare, or related service-based organization preferred.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, or similar).
- Experience with Google Ads and other digital advertising platforms.
- Strong understanding of social media marketing, content creation, and audience engagement.
- Knowledge of digital marketing analytics and campaign optimization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
- Photography, videography, and video editing experience is a plus., * Creative thinker with innovative marketing ideas.
- Dependable and self-motivated professional.
- Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
