Job description

Join our team as a Systems Integration and Test Engineer to architect and validate advanced navigation and timing solutions for mission-critical applications. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability of embedded systems that keep operators connected and informed in complex, contested environments. Responsibilities

  • Define and manage comprehensive system requirements and design documentation to ensure project alignment.
  • Develop and execute rigorous verification test procedures within secure laboratory environments to validate system performance.
  • Drive technical issue resolution by coordinating cross-functional efforts between software, hardware, and systems engineering teams.
  • Facilitate peer reviews for design documentation and test protocols to maintain high engineering standards.
  • Communicate project status and technical progress to key stakeholders and external partners.
  • Contribute to business development by supporting technical bid and proposal activities for new initiatives.
  • Optimize internal processes by documenting lessons learned and implementing continuous improvement strategies.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Systems integration?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in a STEM field with at least 5 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with 3+ years of experience.

  • Strong background in system integration, testing, and troubleshooting complex hardware/software systems.
  • Proficiency in network connectivity protocols such as TCP/IP and SDWAN.
  • Experience with PCB assembly and PLC programming environments.
  • Ability to obtain a US Department of Defense security clearance., * Scripting proficiency in Python for task automation and data analysis.
  • Experience developing automated test frameworks like Gherkin, Behave, or Robot.
  • Knowledge of networking security protocols including NTP/PTP, SSL, and TLS.
  • Background in developing system Concepts of Operations (CONOPS) and detailed use cases.
  • Prior experience in military or defense-related engineering environments.
