Job description
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Workforce Management Report Developer to support a large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and validating reporting solutions across Oracle Fusion Workforce Management modules, including Time & Labor, Scheduling, and Absence Management., * Design, develop, and maintain Oracle Fusion OTBI and BI Publisher (BIP) reports

Time & Labor

Workforce Scheduling

Absence Management

Develop operational and analytical reports including:

Timecard summaries
-
Overtime reporting
-
Shift premium reporting
-
Compliance and workforce analytics
-
Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into reporting solutions

Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and post-go-live stabilization activities

Troubleshoot and optimize existing reports and reporting processes
Requirements
Do you have experience in Workforce management?, The ideal candidate combines strong functional knowledge of Workforce Management processes with hands-on expertise in OTBI and BI Publisher (BIP) report development. Experience supporting healthcare or other complex, shift-based workforces is highly preferred., * Experience developing reports within Oracle Fusion HCM

Hands-on experience with:

Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI)

BI Publisher (BIP), including data models and bursting

Understanding of Workforce Management subject areas and Oracle Fusion data structures

Experience supporting reporting during Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare or other shift-based workforce environments
- Knowledge of payroll processing and time calculation rules
- Experience with overtime calculations, shift differentials, and compliance reporting
- Ability to work directly with business users and functional teams to deliver reporting solutions
