Job description
- Drive Agile delivery across platform-specific Agile teams, including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Coordinate with business partners to manage Salesforce and nCino backlogs, user stories, and sprint priorities.
- Collaborate with vendor, business, and technology stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and create project objectives and timelines.
- Contribute to DevOps and release processes using tools like Copado (CI/CD, deployments, version control).
- Ensure solutions align with governance standards including data governance, risk, and compliance requirements.
- Participate in business process mapping and identify opportunities for process improvements and platform enhancements.
- Support regulatory, risk, and audit processes by providing required data and documentation and driving issue remediation as needed.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Tooling?, * 3-5 years of experience with Salesforce and nCino
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum practices (Scrum Master or team facilitation experience a plus)
- Working knowledge of Salesforce/nCino administration (configuration, data, security)
- Familiarity with DevOps tools (Copado preferred) or similar CI/CD platforms
- Experience gathering requirements and translating them into user stories
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work across business and technical teams
Preferred
- nCino Platform, Commercial Banking, and nCino Intelligence certificationsSalesforce Certified Platform Administrator certification
