Information Systems Manager

Are you a technical leader who loves mentoring engineers just as much as architecting great software?, * Manage and develop a team of 3-8 software engineers, guiding their career growth and partnering with HR to recruit, onboard, and retain top technical talent.

• Provide hands-on leadership across our core stack (AWS, MongoDB, React, Symfony) to build and maintain high-quality, scalable in-house applications for both internal and client use.
• Champion engineering excellence by driving the adoption of Agile methodologies, robust CI/CD pipelines, and modern development tools.
• Partner with teams like Marketing, Sales, and Operations to translate business needs into successful project timelines and resource plans.
• Oversee system alignment with modern standards, including data privacy, security protocols, and accessibility guidelines (like ADA compliance).
• Track key development KPIs, eliminate workflow bottlenecks, and ensure the high availability of critical systems., * Deep familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS preferred), database management (Mongo, RDS), and modern frameworks (React, Symfony).
• Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile Certified Practitioner).
• A strong understanding of modern compliance frameworks like GDPR, CCPA, or ADA standards.

Do you have experience in Technical Proficiency?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Suite and modern project management tooling.
