What you'll do...

As a Software Engineer II at Walmart Global Tech, you'll play a pivotal role in designing and building robust backend systems that power seamless digital experiences for millions of customers. You will work across multiple domains, contributing to the development of scalable services that are critical to Walmart's digital platforms. What you'll do:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs to support Walmart's digital experiences.

• Collaborate with product managers, frontend engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver impactful features and solutions., We use a hybrid way of working that is primarily in office coupled with virtual when not onsite. Our campuses serve as a hub to enhance collaboration, bring us together for purpose and deliver on business needs. This approach helps us make quicker decisions, remove the location barriers across our global team and be more flexible in our personal lives.

• 1+ years of experience in Java technologies, Distributed systems and large-scale application development and design.

• Hands on experience Spring Boot, REST, Kafka, Cassandra.

• Experience with a containerization technology and Microservices

• Well versed in CI/CD and exposure to DevOps practices, and monitoring tools.

• Strong adherence to SLDC process and Scrum/agile methodologies

• Work with Java, Multithreading, Data Structures, Algorithm, Design Patterns and develop robust high- performance and scalable applications., Outlined below are the required minimum qualifications for this position. If none are listed, there are no minimum qualifications.

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area.

Sunnyvale, California US-11807: The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00 - $202,000.00

Bentonville, Arkansas US-09930: The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).
