Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree or in-lieu of degree equivalent education, training, and work-related experience
  • 6+ years of Active Directory and Exchange design and management in an Enterprise environment with an emphasis on high-availability
  • Knowledge of electronic records management including document retention, deletion, and legal hold policies
  • Expert Knowledge of Windows Active Directory such as trust relationships, DNS, DHCP, and replication
  • Expert Knowledge of Messaging Applications such as MS Skype, SMTP Gateway, Unified Messaging, or Faxing Solutions
  • Expert knowledge of Windows Server Operating System management and troubleshooting to include NTFS security
  • Familiarity with native Exchange archiving or third party solutions (ie, Enterprise Vault, Mimecast, OneSource)
  • Strong understanding of securing Exchange (ie, database permissions, TLS mail flow, and access)
  • Experience with designing, connecting, and operating Exchange on Storage Area Networks
  • Experience developing directory services and messaging strategy leveraging Microsoft technologies to support current and future needs, including but not limited to, documentation, communication, implementation, and support
  • Working knowledge of user migrations or mailbox/account importing processes
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team setting, facilitate effective team interactions, and to foster a positive work environment; willingness to assist teammates in order to achieve departmental goals
  • Ability to present complex ideas or situations in a clear, simple and understandable manner to non-technical audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adjust priorities appropriately in an evolving work environment with shifting time frames; self-starter with high degree of initiative, urgency, and follow through
  • Excellent attention-to-detail, sound reasoning, and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work in fast paced and changing environment
  • Exhibits sound and accurate judgment; supports and explains reasoning for decisions
  • Eager to learn new technologies and easily become proficient in a short time
  • Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential and adhering to company standards
