You do not need software company experience for this role.
You do need to be good with people, willing to learn, comfortable on the phone, and able to follow instructions carefully.
Our team helps new customers get set up in our software, trains them on how to use it, answers questions, follows up when they need help, and tests new features before customers use them.
About the Role This is an entry-level role for someone who wants to learn software implementation, customer support, and training.
You will work with our team to help customers get started, answer basic questions, follow up by phone, text, email, and Zoom, and help test the software when we release updates.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Computer operation?, If you are comfortable with computers, good with people, and willing to learn, we can train you on the software side., Good people skills

Comfortable talking on the phone

Comfortable doing trainings for clients via Zoom calls where you share your screen and have your camera on

Patient and helpful with customers

You do not need to know everything on day one.
But you do need to care, pay attention, ask good questions, and be willing to get better.
Who This Is Not For This is not a good fit if you dislike talking to customers, do not like learning new systems, or need every day to look exactly the same.
Software support and implementation can be busy. Customers ask questions. Bugs happen. Things change.
We need someone who can stay calm, learn, and help.
