Job description

  • Serve as the escalation point for Level 1 and Level 2 technicians, resolving complex technical issues efficiently
  • Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure including firewalls, switches, and wireless systems (Cisco/Meraki experience a plus)
  • Manage and support Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and on-premise Active Directory environments
  • Administer virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V)
  • Handle server builds, migrations, and ongoing maintenance
  • Respond to and resolve escalated tickets within SLA commitments using ConnectWise
  • Build and maintain automations using Rewst to streamline internal and client-facing workflows
  • Leverage Augmentt to manage, audit, and optimize Microsoft 365 SaaS environments
  • Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support as needed
  • Document configurations, procedures, and network changes thoroughly
  • Proactively identify risks and recommend improvements to client environments

Requirements

Do you have a valid Driver's License license?, Do you have experience in Windows?, * 5+ years of hands-on IT experience, with at least 2 years in an MSP environment

  • Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows Server, networking, and cloud platforms
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and Azure
  • Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, VPN)
  • Familiarity with ConnectWise Manage or similar PSA/RMM platforms
  • Hands-on experience with Rewst for workflow automation and process orchestration
  • Experience with Augmentt for SaaS management and Microsoft 365 visibility
  • Excellent communication skills - you'll be client-facing at times
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Bonus Points For:

  • Cisco/Meraki certifications or hands-on experience
  • Security certifications (CompTIA Security+, CISSP)
  • Experience managing hardware EOL planning and migrations
  • Familiarity with AI tools and how to apply them in an MSP context - whether for automation, documentation, or improving service delivery
  • Prior experience building AI-assisted workflows or prompting tools like ChatGPT/Claude into day-to-day operations
