Job description
The Business Intelligence Engineer plays a critical role in transforming organizational data into meaningful insights that drive strategic and operational decision-making. This position is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data models, pipelines, and reporting solutions that support business objectives across multiple teams. The role partners closely with stakeholders to understand analytical needs, improve data accessibility, and deliver high-quality dashboards and analyses., * Design and implement business intelligence tools and systems to support organizational goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver tailored solutions that create technical solutions to solve specific business problems
- Create and manage dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools Power BI (Tableau or similar platforms to be considered)
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues promptly
Requirements
Do you have experience in Database software proficiency?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise, a deep understanding of data best practices, and the ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable recommendations. They will design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions that empower data-driven decision-making across the organization, leveraging analytics, visualization tools, and database management systems., * Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field
- A minimum of 4+ years of relevant work experience
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with database management systems
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI preferred, Tableau, QlikView)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Knowledge of programming languages like Python or R is desirable

The current salary range for this position is $84,000 to $105,000 plus opportunity for a discretionary performance bonus based on company profitability and employee performance.
