Job description

  • Active Top Secret clearance with SCI; must be eligible for and able to maintain SAP access. U.S. citizenship required.
  • On-site work at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH on Government-provided classified and unclassified networks. Classified telework is not available; limited unclassified telework only with Government approval.
  • Able to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC) with PKI.
  • Standard schedule of 40 hours per week, core hours 0800 to 1600, Monday through Friday.
  • Professional conduct in a classified, mission-essential environment and a track record of zero security violations., * Maintain the security posture of a Special Access Program network in accordance with the Joint Special Access Program Implementation Guide (JSIG).
  • Implement and validate security controls and support authorization and accreditation (RMF) activities.
  • Lead vulnerability management, POA&M tracking, and continuous monitoring; keep security artifacts inspection-ready.
  • Coordinate changes through configuration management and maintain full compliance with applicable security guidance.

You bring: a Bachelor's degree and 10 or more years in Information Assurance, Cybersecurity, IT, Network/System Administration, Risk Management Framework, security compliance, vulnerability management, incident response, and ISSO duties supporting classified or sensitive systems, or equivalent experience and responsibility., * Administer Windows and/or Linux servers, Active Directory, and account management on classified networks.

  • Apply patches, STIGs, and configuration changes; manage virtualization and resolve system issues.
  • Sustain system health and availability and provide user support in secure environments.

You bring: a Bachelor's degree and 5 or more years in IT and system administration, including Windows and/or Linux server administration, Active Directory and account management, patching and configuration management, virtualization, troubleshooting, network fundamentals, cybersecurity hygiene (STIG implementation and vulnerability remediation), and user support for secure or enterprise environments, or equivalent experience and responsibility.

Analytic Support, Non-Earth Imagery 1 opening | full-time

What you will do:

  • Provide ISR analytic support to Non-Earth Imagery missions, including imagery-derived research and reporting.
  • Exploit data and generate products using Government-provided analytic tools and databases.
  • Apply tradecraft and standards and coordinate with mission partners in secure environments., Imagery Analyst IV, Image Science 1 opening | part-time, approximately 0.75 FTE

What you will do:

  • Research, develop, test, and deliver image processing tools, techniques, and procedures (for example in MATLAB) to improve product effectiveness and image quality.
  • Design and develop software to post-process electro-optical (EO) data; develop and validate algorithms against representative datasets.
  • Document computations, parameters, and limitations and deliver configuration-controlled releases with user documentation., * Maintain, sustain, and enhance analytic databases and automation systems.
  • Triage and resolve defects and manage version control, configuration, releases, and scripting/automation.
  • Provide test and validation support and maintain documentation in secure environments.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Windows support?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, You bring: a Bachelor's degree and 5 or more years providing analytic support to Non-Earth Imagery missions, including imagery-derived research and reporting, data exploitation and product generation, tradecraft and standards compliance, and use of Government-provided analytic tools, or equivalent experience and responsibility., You bring: a Master's degree in Image Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or a related scientific or engineering discipline, and 10 or more years in image science, image processing, remote sensing and sensor phenomenology, computational imaging, scientific programming, algorithm development, and analysis, or equivalent experience and responsibility.

Computer Scientist 1 opening | full-time

What you will do:

  • Apply data science, software programming, AI/ML, and analysis to space intelligence mission problems.
  • Support EO data processing prototypes and their transition to operational use.

You bring: a Bachelor's degree and 5 or more years in an operations, engineering, scientific, data science, software programming, artificial intelligence, machine learning, analysis, policy, or planning field, or equivalent experience and responsibility.

Software Sustainment / Software Engineer 1 opening | full-time, You bring: a Bachelor's degree and 5 or more years in software engineering and software sustainment, including maintenance and enhancement of operational applications and databases, requirements analysis, defect triage and resolution, version control and configuration management, scripting and automation, test and validation support, and documentation in secure or enterprise environments, or equivalent experience and responsibility.

About the company

Vector Solutions, Inc. is building the team to support the National Space Intelligence Center (NSIC) and its Non-Earth Imagery mission at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio.
