Job description
We're looking for a Help Desk Technician to join our IT team as the front line of technical support for our employees. You'll be the person people count on when technology gets in the way of their work - solving problems quickly, keeping things running, and making the IT experience as smooth as possible for our staff across multiple business units.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Be the first point of contact for IT support - tickets, walk-ins, calls, and emails

Diagnose and fix hardware issues: desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals

Troubleshoot Windows and Microsoft 365 issues for end users

Set up new workstations and onboard new employees from an IT perspective

Manage password resets, account access, and MFA enrollment

Keep accurate records of assets, tickets, and resolutions

Escalate complex issues to the Systems Administrator with clear documentation, This is a fully on-site position based in Naples, FL. You'll be working alongside a small, close-knit IT team and interacting daily with employees across all of our business units.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Windows?, We care more about how you think and how you treat people than whether your resume checks every box. Our ideal candidate:

Has some hands-on IT support or help desk experience (internships count)

Knows their way around Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365

Is patient, professional, and genuinely enjoys helping people

Can juggle multiple open issues without dropping the ball

Communicates clearly - in person, over email, and in writing
Nice to Have

CompTIA A+ certification (or working toward it)

Familiarity with Active Directory and basic networking
