Job description
We are looking for an experienced implementation and support person who can help lead customer onboarding, training, and software support.
You should be comfortable getting on phone calls and Zoom meetings, explaining software clearly, following up with customers, troubleshooting issues, and working with our internal team when something needs to be fixed or improved.
This is a great role for someone who has worked in SaaS implementation, customer success, software support, onboarding, account management, or technical training., * Onboard new customers into our software
- Lead training calls over Zoom and phone
- Answer customer questions through calls, emails, and text follow-ups
- Help customers understand how to use the software in their real business
- Provide technical support when users run into issues
- Test bugs and new features before or after release
- Document issues clearly for the development team
- Help improve our onboarding process, training material, and support workflows
- Work directly with a small team where your input actually matters
Requirements
Do you have experience in Zoom?, * Experience in software onboarding, implementation, customer success, or technical support
- Strong people skills and the ability to explain things clearly
- Comfortable leading customer calls and training sessions
- Good problem-solving skills
- Strong follow-up habits
- Comfortable using Excel
- Organized enough to manage multiple customers and tasks at the same time
- Willing to learn our software deeply
- Able to test features and clearly explain what is working or not working
Nice to Have
Not required, but helpful:
- HTML and CSS knowledge
- Experience working with contractors, construction companies, or service businesses
- Experience writing help docs or training guides
- Experience with CRM, estimating, accounting, or project management software
- Basic understanding of software testing or QA, We need someone who is patient, sharp, and comfortable being the person customers rely on when they need help.
