Job description
Apex Systems is seeking Level 3 (L3) Technicians to serve as senior technical leads supporting Corporate Network Support (CorpNet) services within Meta's data center environment. This role provides advanced troubleshooting, escalation support, and technical leadership across WiFi, AV systems, security platforms, corporate network connectivity, and physical layer infrastructure including fiber optic and copper cabling with advanced troubleshooting and repair oversight., Lead resolution of complex and escalated tickets

Perform root cause analysis and advanced troubleshooting

Lead troubleshooting of fiber and copper connectivity and performance issues

Perform advanced diagnostics including fiber path validation and copper connectivity testing

Lead fiber and copper tracing across complex environments

Oversee cabling repair activities including fiber and copper remediation

Mentor L1/L2 technicians and guide troubleshooting practices

Interface with engineering, facilities, and vendors

Ensure SLA adherence and ticket quality
Requirements
5-8+ years in IT support or data center environments

Advanced networking troubleshooting skills

Strong experience with fiber optic and copper cabling infrastructure

Experience with fiber diagnostics and copper testing

Experience handling escalations

Strong ticketing system experience
Preferred Qualifications

Enterprise Corporate Network Support experience

Experience with fiber testing tools (OTDR, power meters) and copper testers

Experience coordinating fiber repair/splicing and copper remediation

Certifications (CCNA, CCNP, Network+)
- Candidates must be comfortable performing fiber and copper cable tracing, identification, and physical layer troubleshooting in a large-scale data center environment.
