Job description
- Define and steer the Group's Digitalisation & AI strategy in close alignment with business objectives
- Collaborate with the Digital Workplace & AI Manager, Data Analytics Manager, Business Analysts and Product Owners to ensure consistency and value creation across all digital pillars
- Build, manage and continuously improve the enterprise Analytics ecosystem (BI platforms, data lakes, data warehouses) and establish robust data governance frameworks
- Lead the identification, evaluation and deployment of AI use cases; co-define the enterprise AI strategy and drive Group-wide adoption of Generative AI for measurable impact
- Supervise, motivate and develop a multidisciplinary team (~33 people, including 12 based in India) of data engineers, BI developers, digital project managers, and business analysts
- Oversee the portfolio of digital projects from ideation through delivery, ensuring prioritization, resource allocation, KPI tracking and value realization
- Identify, select and manage technology partners, software vendors and specialized consultancies in analytics, AI and digital transformation
- Manage the digitalization and analytics budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to maximize ROI and strategic impact
- Champion digital culture by promoting innovation, change adoption and internal awareness of digital and AI initiatives across all Business Units
Your team
You will lead a global team of approximately 33 people, organized across three pillars: Digitalisation (17 people), Business Intelligence / Data Analytics (11 people), and Atlassian (5 people) - including 12 team members based in India.
The team culture promotes knowledge sharing, high performance and continuous improvement, supported by a management style based on trust, autonomy and clear communication. The role also contributes to developing strong capabilities in our India hub as part of the Group's multi-hub strategy.
Requirements

Master's degree in IT, Data Science, Engineering or equivalent

Minimum 10 years of experience in digital transformation, analytics or related fields

Proven experience leading enterprise-wide analytics and BI programmes

Strong knowledge of modern data architectures, SaaS platforms and Power Platform (Microsoft)

Team leadership in an international and multicultural environment

Proficiency in French and English (written and spoken)

Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments is a plus

Experience with digital twin, IoT or Industry 4.0 initiatives is a plus
