Requirements
- 6+ years of software development experience
- High proficiency in Java and Spring Boot
- Experience designing architecture and deployment of web applications & services
- Experience with distributed systems and asynchronous messaging
- Experience in operating at scale, CI/CD pipelines and a cloud DevOps / infrastructure mindset
- Experience with stakeholder management, technical leadership and cross-team collaboration
- Ability to turn ideas into fast, reliable, and maintainable code
- Positive, proactive team player who is passionate about their craft
- Customer-centric prioritization and data-driven decision-making
- Hands-on experience experimenting with and leveraging AI
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to others

- Experience with communication platforms and services (Sendgrid, Twilio, Postmark, Braze and related services)
