Job description

  • Manage and support platform activities within AWS environments
  • Analyse system performance and ensure platform stability and reliability
  • Handle incident and problem management:
  • Investigate incident/problem tickets
  • Identify root causes
  • Provide effective solutions and ensure resolution (using tools like ServiceNow / Columbus)
  • Develop fixes and enhancements using Java and microservices architecture
  • Contribute to automation and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

Coforge is seeking an SRE in Marbella, Spain, with 3-5 years of experience in AWS and Java. The role involves managing platform activities, analyzing system performance, and ensuring reliability.

Responsabilidades

  • Solid programming skills in Java and microservices

  • Experience in Incident & Problem Management processes

  • Familiarity with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow (SNOW)

  • Basic understanding of: Network and security concepts, API Gateway

  • Authentication/authorisation tools

Nice to Have/no mandatory

  • Knowledge of Kubernetes (optional but valued)
  • Exposure to observability tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk
