- Keep the routing engine humming: postcode assignments, service level, coverage rules
- Spot hub saturation before it becomes a problem
- Support new hub and sub-hub launches from zero to live
- Jump on incidents fast and fix them with the ops and tech teams
- Own the data that keeps the network honest: service files, dashboards, service level tracking
- Work side by side with hub managers, 3PL partners and cross-functional teams, * Real ownership from day one

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have over 3 years in logistics, advanced Excel skills, and strong communication abilities. Fluency in English is mandatory, with Chinese or Spanish as a welcome bonus. - Familiarity with postal geography and last-mile economics
- Previous exposure to high-volume e-commerce, 1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or related field
- Hard skills: Advanced Excel (pivot tables, lookups, large datasets), data analysis, familiarity with routing/TMS systems. SQL or Python is a plus
- Experience: 3+ in logistics, last-mile operations, supply chain or network planning. Fluent English required, Chinese / Spanish are a plus
- Soft skills: Strong ownership, attention to detail, problem-solving under pressure, clear communication, team player across ops and tech
- Other: Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with cross-functional and international teams
