In this role you will operate and evolve ADP's SAP platform that supports GlobalView for multinational payroll and HR clients. As an SME, you'll drive performance, availability, and scalability across enterprise systems while mentoring teams and guiding infrastructure decisions. You'll balance strategic initiatives with hands-on problem solving, from capacity planning to resolving critical production incidents. You'll collaborate with stakeholders to align infrastructure with evolving requirements, ensuring platform stability and innovation. • Maintain and support SAP workloads on prem and new S/4HANA systems on RISE
• Support migration to SAP ECS/RISE
• Configure and manage Portal infrastructure SSO and security configurations
• Monitor system health and drive performance tuning initiatives using SAP tools
• Lead incident response for critical production incidents and perform root-cause analysis
• Design, test, and maintain disaster recovery and high availability configurations
• Harden SAP systems and manage user access controls and compliance
• Oversee SAP integrations points (SAP BTP) and middleware for multi-tenant architecture
• Mentor global teams and external vendors; maintain runbooks and documentation

A successful candidate will have over 8 years of SAP administration experience, including designing complex landscapes and implementing disaster recovery measures. Familiarity with cloud solutions such as SAP RISE/Cloud is essential, along with strong scripting skills., * 8+ years of hands-on SAP Basis administration with ECC and/or S/4HANA.

• Experience designing complex SAP landscapes with HA and DR configurations.
• Deep knowledge of SAP architecture (ABAP, Java, or dual-stack)., Bachelor in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related technical discipline, * 8+ years of hands-on SAP Basis administration with ECC and/or S/4HANA
• Experience designing complex SAP Basis and HANA landscapes with HA and DR configurations
• Deep SAP Basis and HANA architecture knowledge (ABAP, Java, or dual-stack)
• Enterprise databases administration (Oracle, SQL Server, HANA) with advanced recovery capabilities
• Strong Linux administration (SUSE/Red Hat), virtualization (VMware), networking and storage for SAP
• Knowledge of SSO, firewalls, SSL/TLS, and user provisioning
• Bachelor in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related technical discipline
• Experience with cloud SAP (RISE, SAP Cloud Platform, S/4HANA Cloud, AWS) and DevOps/infrastructure automation
• Scripting/automation (shell, Python)
• Experience with SAP BTP, API management and middleware
