• 2+ years of experience leading technical initiatives, projects, or engineering teams.
• Expert-level experience with Node.js, TypeScript, React, Next.js, MongoDB.
• Experience designing and implementing GraphQL APIs using Apollo Server and Apollo Client.
• Strong experience designing, building, and operating microservices in production environments.
• Strong AWS experience developing and supporting cloud-native applications.

Requirements:

• 5+ years building production applications with Node.js and server-side JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Deep hands-on experience with AWS services (Lambda, ECS, S3, CloudFormation, IAM, SQS/SNS, RDS, PostgreSQL).
• Strong proficiency with Docker containerization and Kubernetes orchestration (EKS or equivalent).
• Experience mentoring and coaching junior and mid-level developers through code reviews, pairing, and technical guidance.
• Experience designing and building RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and DevOps principles.
