PEGA Java REST/SOAP Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) DevOps Tooling (Git, Jenkins), We are looking for a highly skilled PEGA Lead System Architect (LSA). This role focuses on delivering enterprise-grade PEGA solutions across multiple client engagements, providing technical leadership from discovery through to delivery. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, owning architecture decisions, ensuring best practice implementation, and supporting delivery teams in a complex, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
- Architecture & Solution Design - Lead the design of scalable, reusable PEGA architectures across client engagements; define solution frameworks aligned to PEGA best practices and guardrails; translate business requirements into robust, enterprise-level technical solutions.
- Client Engagement - Act as the technical authority in client-facing situations; run architecture workshops, design sessions, and stakeholder briefings; provide strategic guidance on digital transformation and process optimisation.
- Delivery Lead - Oversee implementation of solutions using Pega Platform (v8.x+); support and mentor development teams; ensure high-quality delivery through design governance, code reviews, and standards enforcement.
- Integration & Enterprise Architecture - Design integrations with third-party and enterprise systems (APIs, microservices, event-driven architecture); define data models and align with enterprise data strategies; collaborate with client enterprise architects and IT teams.
- Quality, Governance & DevOps - Ensure compliance with PEGA guardrails, security, performance standards; contribute to DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines and automated testing; support environment strategy, release planning, and production readiness.

Strong consultancy, communication, and technical skills are required to succeed., * Mandatory certified PEGA Lead System Architect with strong case management experience.
- Solid understanding of Java and integration technologies is required.
- Proven experience in consultancy or client-facing roles is essential., * PEGA - Certified PEGA Lead System Architect (mandatory). Strong experience in Case Management & BPM Decisioning (CDH desirable), UI frameworks (Theme Cosmos / Constellation), and PEGA integration capabilities.
- Technical Skills - Solid understanding of Java and integration technologies (REST/SOAP); experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP); familiarity with DevOps tooling (Git, Jenkins, pipelines).
- Consulting Experience - Proven experience in a consultancy or client-facing delivery role; ability to manage multiple stakeholders across different engagements; experience delivering large-scale digital transformation programmes.
- Desirable Experience - Exposure to multiple industries (financial services, public sector, telecoms); experience with PEGA Customer Decision Hub (CDH); knowledge of Agile/Scrum; experience contributing to pre-sales, RFPs, and solution shaping.
- Soft Skills - Excellent communication and presentation skills; strong stakeholder management and influencing ability; leadership and mentoring mindset; commercial awareness and problem-solving capability.
