Job description
The Network Operations Specialist is responsible for monitoring and improving network operational quality, service performance, and process compliance across franchise outlets. This role focuses on operational KPI management, data analysis, service quality enhancement, training delivery, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure standardized and efficient network operations., 1. Network Quality Monitoring & Performance Improvement
- Monitor key network operational and service quality KPIs and implement improvement initiatives to achieve company and platform requirements.
- Introduce newly established performance assessment indicators and provide communication, training, and guidance to regional teams.
- Conduct regular operational skills and competency development training for regional outlets.
- Monitor inbound and outbound shipment data and utilize data analysis to continuously improve overall operational efficiency and service quality.
- Service Quality Management
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators related to shipment collection, delivery, and proof-of-delivery performance.
- Track and investigate parcel damage and loss incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Promote operational standards and best practices to reduce overall damage rates and improve service standardization across the network.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience and operational reliability.
- Operational Compliance & Process Control
- Monitor the implementation of delivery operations, operational procedures, and company policies across regional and franchise outlets.
- Identify non-compliance issues and operational gaps within regional agencies and franchise branches.
- Coordinate with regional teams and franchise partners to implement corrective action plans and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
- Conduct performance reviews and follow-up actions to improve operational consistency and compliance.
- Data Analysis & Continuous Improvement
- Analyze operational data and identify trends, risks, and performance gaps.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to management and regional teams.
- Support the development of operational reports, dashboards, and performance review mechanisms.
- Drive data-based decision-making to improve network performance and service quality.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Supply chain management?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Associate Degree or above (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Major in Logistics Management, Statistics, Data Analysis, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related disciplines.
Experience
- 1-3 years of experience in the express delivery, courier, or logistics industry.
- Experience in network operations, service quality monitoring, data analysis, customer service management, or related operational functions.
- Familiarity with the end-to-end courier operation process, including collection, sorting, transportation, and delivery, as well as common operational challenges.
Skills & Competencies
- Mandarin Chinese proficiency is highly preferred and will be considered a strong advantage.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data processing, reporting, and analysis.
- Strong analytical mindset with high sensitivity to operational data and the ability to identify anomalies and performance issues.
- Excellent logical thinking and root cause analysis skills, capable of linking data insights with operational realities.
- Strong communication, coordination, and influencing skills, with the ability to drive corrective actions across regional teams and franchise outlets.
- Detail-oriented, highly responsible, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
