Junior IT Support Engineer (North London)

We're a small, established IT services company in Southgate looking for a curious, hands-on person to join our team and grow with us. You'll work across a genuinely wide range of technologies and clients, from finance and legal firms to education, hospitality and government, supporting their day-to-day IT, troubleshooting issues, configuring equipment and keeping things running smoothly. You'll gain real-world experience across Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, networking, cybersecurity, device management and remote support, with modern automation and AI tooling built into how we work every day. • Basic understanding of desktop hardware and Windows environments

• Any hands-on experience (personal or professional) is a bonus; an IT qualification or certification is a plus but not required
• A driving licence and car are useful for occasional site visits
• You don't need years of experience. Attitude, curiosity and a hunger to learn matter far more to us than a long CV.

• £24,000 to £27,000 dependent on experience
