Job Title: SAP PS ConsultantExperience Level: Min-12 yrs; Max-18 yearsLocation: Warwick, UKContract-Inside IR35Hybrid Job RequirementsSenior SAP Functional Consultant with 10+ years of relevant experience in SAP Project System (PS) & SAP Portfolio & Project Management (PPM) modules to lead and manage business requirement gathering, analysis, and solution design in SAP PS/PPM implementations in S4 HANA environment. Required Skills & Experience:Strong hands-on experience in implementing/upgradation of SAP Project System (PS) & SAP Portfolio & Project Management (PPM) modules with hands-on configuration skills.Good experience in S/4HANA implementation and upgrade projects.Strong experience in integration of SAP PS/PPM modules with other SAP modules like PM, MM, HR, FICO, BI etc.Experience in defining systems strategy, gathering/developing functional requirements and coordinate with technical teams.Lead blueprinting, design, and configuration of SAP PPM (Portfolio & Project Management) and PS (Project System) modules based on business requirements.Work closely with other functional/technical teams to ensure end-to-end process alignment.Ability to perform functional debugging using ABAP knowledge.Should be able to analyze and resolve the SAP PPM/PS production issues and carry out RCA.Should be able to support business users on day-to-day issues & Change Requests in SAP PPM & SAP PS areas.Excellent analytical and documentation skills.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to convince business users on SAP solutions and best practices.Experience in Agile methodology and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).Analyse and resolve the SAP PPM/PS production issues and carryout RCA.Should be able to do functional debugging, custom developments, and interface design.functional testing and conduct end-user training sessions.Should be able to perform Fit-Gap analysis, system testing (Unit, Integration, Regression), and UAT support.Good experience in Agile methodology and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence). Key ResponsibilitiesShould possess excellent stakeholder management skills to play consultant role for SAP PS and PPM in S4 HANA environment.Should be able to lead and manage business requirement gathering, analysis, and solution design in SAP PS/PPM.Should liaise effectively with technical teams (ABAP) for functional debugging, custom developments, and interface design.Should be able to collaborate with business stakeholders to communicate solutions and get buy-in.Should work closely with other functional teams and ensure end-to-end process alignment.Should be able to participate in Agile meetings and contribute to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.Should document business processes, configuration settings, and user guides.Train business users, maintenance team whenDomain- Energy & UtilitiesSoft Skills- Excellent communication- Strong stake holder management skills- Team collaboration- Documentation and knowledge sharingEducation RequirementsBachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent (can be marked optional or flexible)Good to have Certifications SAP certification in SAP Project systems.SAP certification in SAP Portfolio & Project Management
