Job description

  • In this role, I will provide first line support for hardware and software issues in a Windows environment. My daily tasks will include:
  • Offering desktop support via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions
  • Installing company software such as Wareflow, SAP, MS Office, and design software
  • Setting up new users and new PCs
  • Administering MS Windows Server, including Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP
  • Managing backup administration
  • Administering SAP, which includes unlocking and requesting new accounts and logging calls on the Head Office helpdesk
  • Repairing or replacing PC hardware, peripherals, mobile devices, tablets, and printers
  • Coordinating with external third-party suppliers for systems like CCTV and email
  • Collaborating with internal departments regarding CRM, SAP, Wareflow, and design software
  • Handling telephony administration
  • Setting up company mobiles, handheld devices, and tablets
  • Administering the network infrastructure, firewalls, and internet connections
  • Serving as the first point of contact for antivirus, iPads, and video conference systems
