Job description
- In this role, I will provide first line support for hardware and software issues in a Windows environment. My daily tasks will include:
- Offering desktop support via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions
- Installing company software such as Wareflow, SAP, MS Office, and design software
- Setting up new users and new PCs
- Administering MS Windows Server, including Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP
- Managing backup administration
- Administering SAP, which includes unlocking and requesting new accounts and logging calls on the Head Office helpdesk
- Repairing or replacing PC hardware, peripherals, mobile devices, tablets, and printers
- Coordinating with external third-party suppliers for systems like CCTV and email
- Collaborating with internal departments regarding CRM, SAP, Wareflow, and design software
- Handling telephony administration
- Setting up company mobiles, handheld devices, and tablets
- Administering the network infrastructure, firewalls, and internet connections
- Serving as the first point of contact for antivirus, iPads, and video conference systems

This is a part-time position, offering 30 hours per week from Monday to Friday, with flexible working hours between 8 am to 2 pm or 9 am to 3 pm, including a 1-hour break.
