This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with MSP experience looking to further develop their technical skills in a fast-paced environment while gaining exposure to a broad range of technologies and client environments. 2nd Line IT Support Engineer - Key Responsibilities Providing 2nd line technical support to a diverse client baseTroubleshooting and resolving hardware, software and network issuesSupporting Microsoft 365 environmentsManaging and resolving incidents and service requests within SLA targetsEscalating complex issues where requiredDelivering excellent customer service and maintaining strong client relationshipsSupporting desktop, laptop and user account administrationAssisting with ongoing IT projects and system improvements 2nd Line IT Support Engineer - Key Skills Required 1-2+ years' experience within an IT Support or Service Desk rolePrevious MSP experience highly desirableStrong troubleshooting and fault-finding abilitiesExperience supporting Microsoft 365 / Office 365 environmentsExcellent communication and customer service skillsFull UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicleAbility to work onsite in Letchworth Garden City 3 days per week
