Job description

As IT Assistant, you will provide day-to-day technical support to users across the organisation, helping to ensure the smooth operation of systems, hardware and software.
Responsibilities will include:
- Providing 1st line IT support to end users
- Troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues
- Managing user accounts and access permissions
- Supporting Microsoft 365 administration
- Assisting with workstation, laptop and mobile device setup
- Maintaining IT documentation and asset registers
- Supporting IT projects, upgrades and system improvements
- Assisting with cybersecurity initiatives and best practices
- Delivering basic user training and onboarding support
Requirements
We would be keen to speak with candidates who have experience in:
- IT Support / IT Assistant / IT Technician positions
- Microsoft 365 administration
- Windows environments
- User account management
- Hardware and software troubleshooting
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Experience with Active Directory, SharePoint, cybersecurity principles or professional services environments would be advantageous but is not essential.
