Job description
We're looking for a Technology Manager to lead the delivery of reliable, secure and high performing technology services that support our organisational objectives. You will be responsible for creating, implementing and maintaining technology strategies and roadmaps, ensuring services are effectively integrated across the organisation and meet customer requirements for availability, reliability and performance.
You will take responsibility for the day to day management of the technology function, ensuring strong service performance and continuous improvement. This includes managing budgets, forecasting and commercial processes, overseeing supplier relationships and licensing, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation including data protection and security requirements.
You'll have a strong background in technology operations and team leadership. You will bring experience of managing budgets and suppliers, delivering service improvements and supporting technology-enabled change. With a strong knowledge of cyber security frameworks, cloud and enterprise technologies and a commitment to customer-focused service delivery, you will be a collaborative leader who develops teams, builds strong relationships and delivers practical, effective solutions.
