Job description

  • Provide onsite support for desktops, laptops, printers, kiosks, and video conferencing systems.
  • Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain hardware and software.
  • Perform break/fix support and hardware replacement activities.
  • Support mobile devices and end-user applications.
  • Assist with meeting room technology and warehouse IT equipment.
  • Provide basic network and server troubleshooting assistance.
  • Support new user onboarding and IT inductions.
  • Manage IT asset deployment, collection, inventory, and re-imaging activities.
  • Maintain accurate site documentation and support records.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Windows?, * Experience in End User Computing (EUC), Desktop Support, or IT Support roles.

  • Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience supporting Windows-based environments.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and travel between assigned locations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • UK National or Irish National preferred.
  • Previous experience in onsite enterprise IT support environments.
  • Immediate availability is highly desirable.
