Job description
- Support cloud and infrastructure services in Azure and on-prem environments
- Assist in resolving incidents and service requests escalated from the Service Desk
- Collaborate with engineers and project teams to maintain secure and resilient systems
- Monitor systems to ensure performance, availability, and compliance with SLAs
- Update and maintain support documentation and technical runbooks
- Support the transition of new systems from project teams into BAU
- Occasionally assist with hands-on physical infrastructure tasks (e.g., hardware swaps)

Requirements
- Valid SC Clearance
- Exposure to Microsoft Azure, particularly IaaS and Entra ID (Azure AD)
- Hands-on experience with Windows Server environments (2012 R2 - 2022)
- Good understanding of Active Directory and core infrastructure services (DNS, DHCP, GPO)
- Familiarity with Office 365 administration and setup
- Basic knowledge of virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V)
- Interest in or some experience with Terraform or Infrastructure-as-Code
- Some scripting experience (e.g., PowerShell) is a plus
