Job description

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Business Intelligence Analysts to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client's project requirements and company delivery standards., The candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions, dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support organizational decision-making.
  2. Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into reporting, analytics, and process automation solutions.
  3. Develop and support workflow automation and business process improvement initiatives using low-code/no-code platforms.
  4. Integrate, transform, and model data from multiple enterprise data sources to ensure accurate and reliable reporting.
  5. Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, documentation, governance, and enhancements for reporting and analytics solutions.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience

6-9 years of experience in business intelligence, reporting, analytics, data visualization, or process automation solutions.

Technical Skills

Business Intelligence, Data Visualization, Dashboard Development, Reporting Solutions, Data Modeling, Data Analysis, SQL, Data Transformation, Workflow Automation, Low-Code Development Platforms, Data Integration, Microsoft 365 Tools, Business Analytics, ETL Concepts, Reporting Tools.

Work Authorization

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Experience developing enterprise reporting and analytics solutions.
  2. Knowledge of workflow automation and business process optimization.
  3. Experience working with relational databases and data modeling concepts.
  4. Familiarity with governance, security, and compliance best practices.
  5. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
