Job description
As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a key role in driving this transformation by enhancing CI/CD pipelines, modernizing regression testing automation, and supporting the adoption of continuous release practices across teams. Your work will directly impact the organization's ability to deliver software faster, more reliably, and at scale., * Design, implement, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to define and optimize deployment strategies
- Drive DevOps best practices and cultural adoption across multiple development teams
- Support and enhance automation initiatives, including regression testing tools
- Contribute to the development and scaling of cloud infrastructure within Azure
- Introduce and integrate AI-driven solutions, including AI Foundry and agent-based frameworks
- Identify opportunities to streamline development workflows and improve efficiency
- Support full software development lifecycle (SDLC) initiatives from build through deployment
Key Project Initiatives & Impact
- Transition teams toward continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD)
- Standardize DevOps processes across 7-8 engineering teams with varying maturity levels
- Improve speed and reliability of software releases for flagship products
- Modernize and rewrite automation frameworks for regression testing
- Enable scalable growth of an AI-powered SaaS platform
- Mentor and influence junior engineering teams to adopt DevOps methodologies
Requirements
- Strong experience with cloud computing, with a focus on Microsoft Azure
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python
- Hands-on experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps preferred)
- Deep understanding of DevOps principles and best practices
- Experience supporting automation strategies and testing frameworks
- Ability to collaborate across teams and influence technical direction, * Experience working in telecommunications or similar industries
- Exposure to AI/ML tools, including AI Foundry or agent-based frameworks
- Experience in environments transitioning to DevOps or scaling engineering teams
Work Environment
- On-site role located in Mitchell, South Dakota.
- Collaborative, close-knit engineering culture with strong team ownership
- Standard hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Benefits & conditions
The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $130000.00/yr.
