Job description
Responsible for supporting all Enterprise wide applications. Provide user base with support in various applications. Maintain local inventory and software licenses and all systems documentation such as checklists, procedures play list/documentation, warranty information and telephony systems. Specific applications as of date of this revision: Oracle ERP, Microsoft NAV ERP, Microsoft Office 365, VMWare and other enterprise wide applications as required., Key Outputs Understand and administer Windows server 2003 and beyond. Provide user base with support and ongoing training in the application. Interface with software vendors for support, customizations and problem resolution EDI (B2B Gateway, SPS Commerce) Support Develop and conduct internal training programs for the applications as required. Special projects as required. PC Windows and network trouble shooting and provide general IT departmental support., PC and Server data backup Work with external IT solutions provider for critical issues or functions that cannot be supported internally Troubleshoot and resolve server, software related problems, and resolve user issues relative to all corporate software in a timely manner Work with IT vendors to promote a lasting relationship that helps the company receive preferential support and enhanced pricing on services and goods Provide hands-on support for users in onsite, including remote users with assistance of IT Helpdesk Educate/communicate policy and procedure changes to all users, including IT onboarding for new employees. Build strong and effective working relationships with employees.

Requirements
Understanding of network infrastructures Testing of applications, upgrades, and patches prior to introduction to production environment Database concepts Microsoft Office 365 Services, Windows XP and beyond Demonstrated ability to work effectively with others Research, install, and troubleshoot software as necessary to meet needs of users within the company Thorough knowledge of Cisco CUCM and voice mail system programming and administration EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree in related field preferred Experience with Oracle ERP, MS NAV ERP or an equivalent ERP application Testing of applications, upgrades, and patches prior to introduction to production environment Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong problem-solving skills Microsoft Office 365 Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory Windows XP and beyond VMware vSphere SQL 2005/2008 and or Oracle 12 CommVault Backup Oracle ERP, Microsoft NAV 2013 Cisco Video Conferencing system, Gotomeeting. Citrix experience a plus Bilingual in Korean preferred, but not required
