Job description
The IT Engineer-Equipment Interface is responsible for maintenance of LMS (Line Management System) and middleware, and for performing system process innovation and development based on system user's requirements. This includes, but is not limited to, providing system setup, installation and upgrade of LMS and software. Will troubleshoot middleware's problems in a timely and efficient manner., ? Management and development/maintenance for LMS ? Management and development/maintenance for MES/MES Report/SpotFire ? Performing for communication test between MES and Equipment ? Monitoring for communication between MES and Equipment, and Troubleshooting ? Supervising about Network construction related with equipment communication ? Management and Distribution of TIS (Tool Interface Specification) for MES-Equipment interface ? Provides Help Desk support to all MES users related to MES connectivity issues; diagnosing, testing, resolving and escalating. ? Managing IT devices as PC, monitors, scanners, printers and so on ? Managing OA devices as telephones, composite instruments, projector, conference call device and so on ? Monitoring and taking actions to resolve the issues about LMS and middleware ? Troubleshooting about LMS and middleware issues ? Deliver support and training to end users in the organization on the use of technology resources. ? Prepares and maintain the documentation about LMS/middleware changing point and issues ? Co-working with counterparts ? Adhere to the policies and procedures of H ? Perform other duties and special projects, as assigned by management
Requirements
? University or post graduate degree in computer science related ? 1+ field experiences ? 1+ experience with SECS/GEM communication ? 1+ C# .net development experience ? 1+ SQL experience with MS SQL ? 1+ system experience about Semiconductor, Solar, LCD and related business ? Able to stand and walk the production area, and lift items up to 50 pounds ? Able to tolerate a fast-paced work environment in areas that are not climate controlled, ? Experience with Oracle and MYSQL DB ? Experience with Tibco Rendezvous ? Experience with development by various languages ? Database tuning Experience ? Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Microsoft Windows operating systems ? Experience with DBMS/Middleware management and development ? Strong communication skills in English and Korean to be able to co-work with counterparts in Global/Asia Solutions team and also manage local vendors. ? Certification in related Databases and Programming languages ? Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
