Machine Learning Engineers

• Design, develop, and support scalable full stack applications using Node.js and React, with a primary focus on integrating AI/ML capabilities (30%)
• Build, deploy, and operationalize machine learning models and AI-driven features across internal systems and customer-facing platforms (30%)
• Develop backend services, APIs, and data pipelines to enable real-time, data-intensive logistics workflows (15%)
• Contribute to system architecture decisions, optimizing application performance, scalability, and ML model efficiency within cloud environments (10%)
• Connect third-party data sources, ML services, and internal tools to expand predictive and analytical functionality (10%)
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, product, and business teams while helping establish best practices for AI implementation and system design (5%)

We are specifically targeting Machine Learning Engineers who have hands-on experience working within Node.js-driven environments and are skilled at bringing ML models into production within scalable application architectures., * 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering with a strong emphasis on full stack application development

• Proven experience working with Node.js and React in production-scale environments
• Hands-on experience developing, deploying, or integrating machine learning models or AI-based solutions
• Experience embedding ML models into production systems within Node.js or JavaScript-based backend architectures
• Strong understanding of system design, API development, and distributed application architecture
• Experience working with large-scale datasets, streaming data, or complex data pipelines
• Familiarity with cloud ecosystems such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure, ideally supporting AI/ML workloads
• Background in logistics, supply chain, transportation, or other data-heavy industries is a plus
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex technical challenges in fast-paced environments
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
