Job description

Develop, maintain, and optimize interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau to track key business metrics, performance trends, and operational results.

Work with Salesforce data to create reports, dashboards, and analytics that help leadership and team members better understand sales activity, customer behavior, pipeline performance, and business outcomes.

Use Salesforce Trailhead knowledge or certifications to support reporting, CRM data structure, user adoption, and best practices within the Salesforce platform.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements and translate business needs into accurate dashboards, reports, and technical solutions.

Analyze data from multiple sources, including Salesforce, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, Looker, Power BI, and other business systems.

Conduct data analysis using SQL, Python, R, Excel, and other analytical tools to identify trends, patterns, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.

Design and support ETL processes to ensure accurate data extraction, transformation, and integration from various platforms.

Help maintain data accuracy, data quality, and consistency across Tableau, Salesforce, and connected reporting systems.

Support database design, linked data connections, and data workflows to improve reporting efficiency and data accessibility.

Apply Agile and SDLC principles to manage analytics projects, reporting updates, and dashboard development timelines.

Use tools such as Power BI, VBA, Bash, Visio, and business analysis methods to improve reporting, documentation, and workflow processes.

Present findings clearly to managers, executives, and stakeholders in a way that is easy to understand and tied to business goals.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Sales automation technologies?, We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Tableau Data Analyst to join our growing analytics team. In this role, you will use Tableau, Salesforce, and other data tools to turn complex business data into clear, actionable insights. You will help build dashboards, analyze trends, improve reporting processes, and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

The ideal candidate has strong experience with Tableau, SQL, CRM data, Salesforce reporting, and data visualization. Experience with Salesforce Trailhead, Salesforce dashboards, reports, objects, fields, and basic CRM workflows is highly preferred., Proven experience using Tableau to create dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.

Experience working with Salesforce reports, dashboards, CRM data, objects, fields, leads, opportunities, accounts, or similar Salesforce functions.

Salesforce Trailhead experience is strongly preferred. Salesforce certifications or completed Trailhead modules are a plus.

Strong SQL skills with experience querying databases such as Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, or similar platforms.

Familiarity with ETL tools such as Talend or other data integration platforms.

Experience using Python or R for data analysis, reporting automation, or advanced analytics is preferred.

Understanding of CRM analytics, sales reporting, pipeline tracking, and business performance metrics.

Experience with Power BI, Looker, Excel, VBA, Visio, Bash, or Oracle database management is a plus.

Knowledge of Agile project management, SDLC processes, and business analysis techniques.

Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and analytical thinking.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain data insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Highly organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple reporting projects at once.

Preferred Skills

Salesforce Trailhead badges, Salesforce Administrator knowledge, or Salesforce reporting experience.

Experience building dashboards for sales, recruiting, operations, marketing, or executive leadership teams.

Ability to clean, validate, and structure CRM data for reporting accuracy.

Comfortable working with large datasets and turning raw data into meaningful business stories.
