Job description

  • Provide Level-1 Help Desk support via phone, remote support, and in-person assistance
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
  • Process user account moves, adds, and changes
  • Review and validate user administration forms for completeness
  • Create and modify user accounts following agency procedures
  • Communicate with supervisors, agency staff, and other state agencies
  • Escalate issues when necessary
  • Maintain proper documentation and record retention
  • Deliver excellent customer service and support

Requirements

  • Must be local to CT or willing to relocate/commute Must possess a valid CT Driver s License Must be able to drive Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs Must pass Drug Screening Must pass Local, State Police, FBI Fingerprint, and Child Protective Services Background Checks, * Minimum 1 year of experience in:

  • PC Hardware and Software Installation

  • End User Support (Phone and In-Person)

  • Customer Service Preferred Skills:

  • Active Directory Administration

  • User Account Management

  • Windows 10 and Windows 11 Support

  • Microsoft Office 365

  • Device Management

  • Device Imaging

  • Device Troubleshooting Required Skills:
