Job description
- Provide L1 L3 production application support
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with detailed RCA
- Write and analyze complex SQL queries for data investigation
- Debug and make minor backend code fixes when needed
- Monitor application performance and system health
- Participate in on-call rotation
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors
Requirements
- Advanced SQL (complex queries, joins, subqueries, optimization)
- Strong experience in Application/Production Support (L1 L3)
- Backend development knowledge: .NET/C# (preferred), Java or Python
- Database experience: MySQL / PostgreSQL
- Query tuning, indexing, and performance optimization
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and RCA skills
- Experience with Splunk, Grafana or similar monitoring tools
- Experience with Jira, ServiceNow (ticketing tools)
- Understanding of microservices & distributed systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, * Experience with ERP, Supply Chain, or Order Management applications
- Exposure to multiple databases (MS SQL Server, ClickHouse)
- Basic frontend understanding (Angular or similar)
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong log analysis and system monitoring skills
