Job description
- Provide responsive telephone, remote, and face-to-face Level 1 technical support.
- Process and maintain user administration forms (moves, adds, changes) with high attention to detail.
- Follow strict protocols to create and modify user accounts across various systems.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams as necessary.
Requirements
We are seeking a detail-oriented Help Desk Technician to provide Level 1 technical support, troubleshoot user issues, and manage user accounts/system administration forms. If you have a customer-first mindset and strong technical troubleshooting skills, we want to hear from you!, Must-Have:
- Experience: Minimum 1+ year of experience in PC hardware/software installation and end-user support.
- Core Technical Skill: Proficient with Microsoft Active Directory (User Administration).
- Software: Proficient with Microsoft Office / Office 365.
- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, strong teamwork, and a quick learning ability.
Highly Desirable (Pluses):
- Experience with Windows 10 & 11.
- Experience with Device Management, Device Imaging, and Hardware Troubleshooting., * Physical & Logistics: Must possess a valid CT driver's license, be able to drive, and be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
