Strong Spark, Airflow, Google Cloud Platform is a must Nice to have: Scala Customer Identity: Manages all first-party data (opt-in/out, loyalty, rewards); platform is BigQuery Retail Media Network: Covers on-site and off-site marketing (paid search, social) Also using Salesforce Marketing Cloud for campaign execution is a huge plus
