Job description

  • Provide onsite desktop and laptop support to end users.
  • Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows 10/11 systems.
  • Resolve hardware, software, printer, and peripheral issues.
  • Support Microsoft Office 365 applications and services.
  • Manage user accounts, password resets, and access permissions.
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity issues (LAN/WAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi).
  • Perform software installations, upgrades, and hardware deployments.
  • Document incidents and service requests in the ticketing system.
  • Coordinate with internal IT teams and vendors to resolve issues.
  • Maintain IT asset inventory and equipment records.

Requirements

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused IT Desktop Support Engineer to provide onsite technical support in Springville, Utah. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues while delivering excellent end-user support in a fast-paced environment., * 2+ years of experience in Desktop Support, Help Desk, or IT Support roles.

  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 systems.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and Active Directory.
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
  • Experience with ticketing and remote support tools.
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills., * CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar certifications.
  • Experience in enterprise environments.
  • Knowledge of hardware deployment and asset management.
