Job description

As a Tax Innovation & Delivery Experience - Data Engineering - Experienced Associate, you will focus on designing and building data infrastructure and systems to enable efficient data processing and analysis. You will be responsible for developing and implementing data pipelines, data integration, and data transformation solutions. As an Associate, you will engage in learning and contributing to client projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.

In this role within our Tax practice, you will transform raw data into actionable insights, enabling informed decision-making and driving business growth. You will work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to various clients and team members, each presenting unique challenges. This position offers the chance to take ownership and consistently deliver quality work that drives value for clients and success as a team. As you navigate through the firm, you will build a brand for yourself, opening doors to more opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Designing and developing data infrastructure and systems to enable efficient data processing and analysis
  • Implementing data pipelines, data integration, and data transformation solutions to support client needs
  • Utilizing Azure Data Factory and Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform for scalable data solutions
  • Applying database optimization techniques to enhance performance and reliability
  • Developing data architecture and modeling strategies to support business growth
  • Validating data quality and security within data engineering frameworks
  • Collaborating with team members to gather information and analyze data patterns
  • Adapting to diverse client environments and challenges to deliver consistent quality work
  • Building a personal brand through reliable contributions and ownership of tasks
  • Engaging in active listening and accepting feedback to foster personal growth and development

Requirements

Do you have experience in Snowflake?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree in statistics?, * At least a Bachelor's degree

  • At least 1 years of experience

  • Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Management Information Systems, Computer and Information Science, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Mathematical Statistics
  • Demonstrating proficiency in Azure Data Factory and Microsoft Azure Databricks
  • Utilizing skills in data architecture development and data integration
  • Applying knowledge of Snowflake Data Warehouse and Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform
  • Engaging in data modeling and dimensional modeling techniques
  • Excelling in database optimization and query optimization
  • Adapting to fast-paced environments and diverse client needs

  • Paid holidays, The salary range for this position is: $63,000 - $153,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
