Job description
Build offense-grade software that operates in denied, constrained, and adversarial environments Design, implement, and debug custom CNO capabilities across userland, kernel, and network layers Tear down, modernize, and re-engineer legacy and acquired tooling for performance, stealth, and maintainability Develop software that runs where defenders don't want it (Windows, Linux/Unix, embedded, mobile, and network devices) Perform deep binary analysis and reverse engineering across architectures and calling conventions Own and evolve reproducible build systems, toolchains, and test harnesses Work close to the metal: compilers, loaders, memory, execution flow, and runtime behavior Travel as determined by the customer
Requirements
Significant experience programming in C and Python Direct experience developing CNO or exploit capabilities Embedded or firmware development experience on resource-constrained systems Experience developing in one (1) or more of the following: Windows applications using Visual Studio or .NET environments UNIX applications using make files or comparable build environments Familiarity with software version control tools (e.g., Git, Subversion, or CVS) Familiarity with CI/CD pipeline concepts and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, or Bamboo) Experience using software debugging/troubleshooting tools and techniques Software Analysis/Reverse Engineering experience Comfort writing assembly or mixed C/ASM when the problem demands it Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to effectively interact with customers, Mentored and coached other engineers or fulfilled the role of Tech Lead Experience working across OSI layers, including packet-level analysis and manipulation
