AI Platform Administrator

The team is a looking for resources who have proven and real-time hands of experience rolling out and deploying Cluade.AI at an enterprise level. The resource must have experience with hands-on operational day-to-day deployment, administration, security integration, and governance of BCBSA's Claude Enterprise and ChatGPT Enterprise tenants and connectors. The resource will be involved in tenant configuration, user lifecycle (onboarding and logins), connector governance, audit log pipelines, incident response, and ongoing security controls under a CISO and CIO in a regulated enterprise environment. The resource will not need to have hands on experience with Splunk or Cyberark admin but must understand how the downstream operations work. Must have some understanding using SNOW and the issues and tickets come in from SNOW. Must be updated with new features and connectors being released in Claude.AI .
