Job description
Client is seeking a strategic and technically strong CRM Platform Owner to lead the evolution of their customer relationship management capabilities as the organization continues its digital transformation journey. This role will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, driving CRM strategy, platform optimization, and long-term roadmap planning.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of CRM technologies, sales and service operations, and modern Microsoft cloud platforms. They will be responsible for maximizing the value of the CRM ecosystem, identifying opportunities to improve business processes, and aligning technology investments with organizational goals., * Own and manage the CRM platform strategy, roadmap, and governance.
- Partner with business leaders across Sales and Field Service organizations to understand operational needs and translate them into technology solutions.
- Drive optimization of customer engagement, sales effectiveness, and service delivery capabilities.
- Lead CRM platform enhancements, integrations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with IT leadership on the company's migration from on-premises AX 2012 to a cloud-based Microsoft ecosystem.
- Ensure alignment between CRM capabilities and broader technology initiatives involving Azure, Microsoft 365, and Dynamics platforms.
- Evaluate emerging CRM technologies and industry trends to recommend future-state solutions and investments.
Requirements
- Experience supporting and optimizing CRM platforms within Sales and/or Field Service organizations.
- Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Ability to develop technology roadmaps and communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Experience leading CRM strategy, governance, and platform ownership.
- Must be local to or willing to work in a hybrid capacity near Milford, MA.
- Able to convert to full time employment after six months
Plus:
- Advanced expertise with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Experience with Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) solutions.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and cloud-based enterprise application environments.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse
- Experience guiding organizations through CRM modernization and cloud transformation initiatives.
