Job description

  • Build and execute a Data & AI commercial plan across targeted European countries.
  • Develop, Prospect and open strategic accounts (Enterprise & Upper Mid-Market).
  • Identify, qualify, and close complex Data & AI opportunities with Service Line support.
  • Maintain a predictable, documented weekly pipeline.
  • Achieve and exceed revenue, margin, and new logo targets.

Account Management & Expansion

  • Develop trust-based relationships at C-suite, IT, and Data leadership levels.
  • Map accounts and understand business challenges to drive long-term expansion.
  • Lead renewals, extensions, and multi-service engagements.

Sales Methodology & Execution Excellence

  • Master MEDDPICC, Challenger, Solution Selling, and consultative selling approaches.
  • Organize and run complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with speed and clarity.
  • Build commercial proposals with Data & AI Service Lines and Nearshore teams.
  • Lead weekly pipeline reviews and monthly business reviews.

Collaboration & Leadership

  • Work closely with the Data & AI Service Lines to build relevant commercial offers.
  • Align European teams to accelerate delivery and proposal execution.
  • Contribute actively to the Collaborative Operating Model (COM).

Requirements

  • 4-10 years of B2B tech sales experience.
  • Required experience with a software vendor .
  • Proven success selling data platforms, cloud solutions, analytics, or AI services.
  • Strong understanding of European markets, especially Benelux / DACH / Switzerland / France.

Technical & Commercial Skills

  • Strong knowledge of the Data & AI landscape: data platforms, cloud ecosystems, MLOps, LLMs, analytics, governance.
  • Full command of sales methodologies (MEDDPICC is a must).
  • Ability to manage long, complex sales cycles across multiple countries and stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of consulting delivery models (T&M, project, nearshore).

Languages

  • Fluent / native-level English (C1/C2) is mandatory.
  • Additional European languages (Dutch, German, French) are a plus.
