Tasks

• Administer and operate SAP landscapes in OnPrem and GoogleCloud environments.
• Ensure availability, stability, and performance of SAP systems (ABAP & Java).
• Monitor, analyze, and resolve incidents in SAP environments., * Operation and administration of SAP system landscapes - OnPrem and GoogleCloud
• Ensuring availability, stability, and performance of SAP systems (ABAP & Java)
• Monitoring, analysing, and resolving disruptions (Incident Management)
• Carrying out SAP maintenance work, new installations, updates, and migrations
• Performing SAP HANA upgrades, system copies, patches, and upgrades
• Planning and implementing technical changes (Change Management)
• Participating in SAP interfaces, certificates, and technical connections
• Implementing and monitoring security requirements
• Technical implementation of projects and departments
• Further development and optimisation of the SAP platform and operational processes
• Documentation and ensuring operational standards

• Completed education in IT, business informatics, or related fields.
• Several years of experience in SAP Basis Administration.
• Knowledge of databases like SAP HANA, Oracle, or MS SQL Server., * Completed training or degree in computer science, business informatics, or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in SAP Basis administration (installation, configuration, operation, and maintenance of SAP system landscapes)
• Sound knowledge of SAP NetWeaver and SAP S/4HANA
• Experience with databases (e.g. SAP HANA, Oracle, MS SQL Server)
• Know-how in system copies, upgrades, and patching
• Experience in monitoring and performance tuning of SAP systems
• Knowledge of operating systems (Linux/Unix and/or Windows Server)
• Experience with cloud technologies (e.g. GCP, Azure or SAP BTP) is an advantage
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
• Team player with good communication skills
• Very good German and good English skills
