Senior IT Operation Architect

We are seeking a DevOps & Cloud Team Leader to join our European team and lead the transformation of our hosting infrastructure. This role will focus on migrating our internal solutions to Kubernetes-based cloud environments (OVH vSphere and Azure), while fostering a culture of continuous improvement, security, and innovation., * Lead a team of 3-5 hosting engineers, setting clear objectives, providing mentorship, and fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

• Drive the migration/integration of hosting projects solutions to Kubernetes (OVH vSphere and Azure). Define the technical roadmap and ensure seamless execution.
• Implement and improve processes for monitoring, documentation, security, and CI/CD. Automate workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce technical debt.
• Act as a change agent, proposing innovative solutions and best practices in DevOps and cloud technologies. Stay ahead of industry trends and tools.
• Work closely with DevOps, IT, and SaaS teams across Europe. Participate in Agile rituals and contribute to technical decision-making.
• Ensure the security and compliance of our cloud infrastructure (GDPR, industry standards). Promote a security-first mindset within the team in collaboration with the ciso.

• You have at least 5 years of professional experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or similar roles.
• You have experience leading technical teams or projects, demonstrating strong leadership, mentoring, and team-building skills.
• You have in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Azure, particularly services such as AKS, Azure Functions, App Services, VMs, VSphere, and VNETs or experience in other cloud vendors.
• You are proficient in at least one scripting language such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
• You have hands-on experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Your knowledge of network architectures, cloud security, and best practices is up to date.
• You are familiar with monitoring and logging tools such as Azure Monitor, Prometheus, Grafana, CheckMK or Zabbix.
• You work confidently with version control systems (e.g. Git) and have practical experience with CI/CD platforms.
• You bring a solution-oriented mindset, analytical thinking, and strong communication skills.
• Certifications in cloud or DevOps (e.g., CKA, Azure Solutions Architect, AWS DevOps, vSphere) are a plus.

Salary band: 80.000- 90.000€/year
