Job description
teams (SSA/SSA-level engineers) Ensure high-quality delivery through design governance, code reviews, and standards enforcement Design integrations with third-party and enterprise systems (APIs, microservices, event-driven architecture) Define data models and ensure alignment with enterprise data strategies Collaborate with client enterprise architects and IT teams Ensure compliance with PEGA guardrails, security, and performance standards Contribute to DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines and automated testing Support environment strategy, release planning, and production readiness Required Skills & Experience PEGA Certified PEGA Lead System Architect (LSA) (mandatory) Strong experience across: Case Management & BPM, Decisioning (CDH), UI frameworks (Theme Cosmos / Consolidation), PEGA integration capabilities Technical Skills Solid understanding of Java and integration technologies (REST/SOAP) Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Familiarity with DevOps tooling
Requirements
(Git, Jenkins, pipelines) Consulting Experience Proven experience in a consultancy or client-facing delivery role Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across different engagements Experience delivering large-scale digital transformation programmes Desired Experience Exposure to multiple industries (e.g., financial services, public sector, telecoms) Experience with PEGA Customer Decision Hub (CDH) Knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies Experience contributing to pre-sales, RFPs, and solution shaping Soft Skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong stakeholder management and influencing ability Leadership and mentoring mindset Commercial awareness and problem-solving capability
