Data Analytics Engineer

We are hiring a Data Analytics Engineer for an innovative AI application platform project in its initiation phase. The team is building a decision supporting system as part of a marketplace focused solution, with an MVP targeted for delivery by the end of the year. You will operate in a high ownership environment where independence, leadership, and strong collaboration with stakeholders are essential. Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable data pipelines and analytics solutions
• Contribute to the development of a decision supporting system for an AI driven platform
• Translate business needs into data driven solutions and actionable insights
• Work closely with technical and non technical stakeholders across the organization
• Ensure data quality, reliability, and performance within data architecture
• Support MVP delivery and contribute to future product evolution

• 5 to 8 years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or data science
• Strong Python skills and experience with data processing frameworks
• Knowledge of data warehousing, big data technologies, and scalable architectures
• Experience with causal inference and analytical modeling
• Solid business understanding and stakeholder management skills
• Background in a quantitative field such as engineering, mathematics, physics, economics, or finance
